twenty miles


I did the 20 miles on Sunday with no glitches. Canton to Cardiff Bay barrage to Castell Coch and the n back to Canton.

Nothing really more to say. Legs hurt but i did it and it took 2hrs 40mins.

Gotta go. Gotta go.
